Not sure the respawn timer, but i've never went there when at least one egg wasn't up. You can only carry one at a time. Not sure if this has any truth to it, but a good idea would be to set your hearth to Gadgetzan and hearth as soon as you get an egg.

Where is he? No one knows but the eggs are still in nests. Are they now a rare item? Who knows Comment by Allakhazam This egg doesn't appear to be a drop. I went up into the hills at the far south of the map area and found an egg sitting on a nest. Appears to be a unique quest item, not a drop.
Unless there are more types of eggs which Curgle's list in Gadgetzan seems to imply Comment by Allakhazam Yea eggs don't drop for me. Is this quest bugged? It'll turn it into a type she'll accept. Also, since the eggs are unique, you can only get 1 egg per trip to Feralas. A bit of a pain.

I also received a Box of Rations, which really wasn't that great, but the XP makes this worth it. However, as with other repeatable quests, the XP you get declines each time you do it.
