HiColor is really not meant for use on already-processed hair. Putting the pink in your conditioner is just to replace the dye you're washing out when you shower, so the exact shade isn't as important, as long as it's pink enough to counter the warm tones in your hair, which both Cleo Rose and Hot Hot Pink are.
Yeah, it will be fine and won't stain your scalp. Your shower curtain might end up looking a bit pink, though. Just eyeball it. I mix it light enough that it doesn't stain my hands when applying it.
